that it was close to locations that i needed to attend and visit
The staff were very efficient. Thank You.
I think the room we were in needed an upgrade
nothing. It was smelly and horrible. Very poor value for money.
I would not go near the hotel. the celing was falling. the carpet stunk. bathroom was disgusting. dirty linen was still left there. no TV! even the glasses were unclean.
The Chinese Restaurant at the hotel was great.
The room was filthy, there was hair on the pillows and in the shower. The vents were caked with dirt. The skirting boards and surrounding carpet were thick with dust. There was dirt on the towel rack. The fridge had a smell of rotten food. I would never stay there again.
The hotel was presented in a clean and comfortable state offering value for money, particularly for the location. It is situated on a major transport route and is in proximity Kingsford Smith International Airport and only a few kilometres from the Sydney CBD.Well recommended for those on a budget as well as the smart traveller.
There was no reverse cycle air conditioning and at the time of my travel Sydney was experiencing a very cold spell.
The staff at reception were very helpful for our early check-in, local information and providing us with extra supplies when needed. The Chinese restaurant is worth trying with a large enticing menu. The kids enjoyed the food also. The location was within walking distance to the university and close to all bus services to the city and surrounds. Taxis arrived immediately with an easy short drive to the airport.
The rooms are close and noisy neighbours can be heard in the hotel although our second visit was quiet. The rooms are basic and small but we slept well and had plenty of hot water although the shower dripped constantly.
The location near the place we like and easy getting the public transportation
Hotel corridors smelt of stale smoke, the room was very small and old. The Hotel rooms are in desperate need of a good make over.
Room was cold, heater would not warm room, dirty walls, mould in bathroom room needed a full restoration
The location is excellent giving access to Eastern Beaches, the City and many and varied reasonably priced dining venues.
the constantly running tap in the bathroom, the bouncy escilator
convenience to go around and eat out
The additional chinese restuarant and the breakfast served in the morning.
The rooms roof was some what unstable and the halls were not fantastically lit.
The sheets were clean.
room was not clean, mold on cubbords, broken soap holders in bathroom, dirty vents, broken draws
Convenient location for getting into Sydney. Also had free Peking, although spots were very small.
Room had zero amenities. No wifi, no shampoo, limited towels. The microwave in the room didn't open Small room
